Senior Brand Manager at BF Biosciences Limited
BF Biosciences Limited is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to oversee the strategic and operational management of our Dermatology portfolio. This role is pivotal in developing and executing annual brand plans that drive portfolio growth through strong customer insights and differentiated brand strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the annual brand and business plan for the Dermatology portfolio, including objectives, strategies, tactical plans, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, prescription dynamics, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the field force to translate brand strategy into clear execution plans.
- Monitor brand performance, market share, budget utilization, and return on investment.
- Partner with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
Qualifications
- MBA or BBA in Marketing or equivalent.
- A degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related discipline will be an advantage.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical marketing and brand management experience, preferably with Dermatology portfolio exposure.
