Dolmen Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee operations and inventory management at our Lahore office located in DHA Phase 6. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of our store and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient material dispatches and effective inventory control.
• Oversee stock reconciliation processes, optimize space utilization, and implement shrinkage prevention strategies.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams and supervise store staff to ensure compliance with audit standards.

Requirements

• Education: BBA or Supply Chain degree.
• Experience: 6–12 years in Store/Warehouse Management, preferably in the hotels, restaurants, or malls management industry.
