Job Overview

The Teaching Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the course pack, uploading course materials, announcements, and grades on the Learning Management System (LMS). This position involves assisting faculty with lecture delivery and supporting both classroom and online learning activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the course pack and upload course materials, announcements, and grades on the LMS.
• Assist faculty with lecture delivery and support classroom and online learning activities.
• Maintain attendance records and monitor student participation.
• Grade assignments, quizzes, projects, and presentations, providing timely feedback.
• Coordinate assessment preparation, assignment submissions, and maintain academic records.
• Hold office hours and respond to student queries through the LMS and other communication channels.
• Communicate course updates and ensure compliance with academic policies, deadlines, and assessment procedures.
• Report student attendance, performance, and academic concerns to the instructor and Student Services.
• Perform any academic or administrative duties as assigned by the instructor, Program Office, or department.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• At least 16 years of education in Computer Sciences.
• Strong competencies in programming.
• Strong inter-personal communication skills.
