Job Overview

Join MTJ Foundation as a Tele-Fundraising Associate and contribute to our mission by engaging with donors and managing outreach efforts. This role is based in Nursery Market, P. E. C. H. S, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach calls daily to prospective and existing donors.
• Perform data scraping to identify and generate new donor and corporate leads.
• Ensure timely follow-ups for meetings, proposals, and donor communications on behalf of the CRD team.
• Maintain and regularly update CRD records, donor database, and activity logs.
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential donors, corporate representatives, and strategic partners.
• Reduce response delays through timely communication and follow-up.
• Strengthen donor retention by maintaining consistent engagement with existing donors.
• Increase the number of donors and outreach calls conducted daily.
• Perform any other task assigned by the Line Manager in support of CRD operations.

Eligibility

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer support.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM, LinkedIn, and data scraping.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong in follow-up and record keeping.
