Deaf Reach is seeking an Assistant Manager for Training & Design at their Head Office in Karachi. This role is crucial for supporting the development of learning content, course, and assessment design across various programs, including teacher training, parent support, and language training courses.

Responsibilities

  • Support development of learning content, course, and assessment design across programs.
  • Identify content gaps and priorities, and develop cross-departmental/external content.
  • Review content for accuracy, pedagogy, accessibility, and design.
  • Maintain records, track the content pipeline, report priorities, and support departmental planning.

Eligibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education.

Experience

  • 3-5 years experience in instructional/training content design.

Important Terms & Conditions
