Job Overview

Deaf Reach is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager for Training & Design to join their Head Office in Karachi. This role is pivotal in supporting the development of learning content and training programs aimed at enhancing educational experiences for individuals with hearing impairments.

Responsibilities

• Support development of learning content, course, and assessment design across programs including teacher training, parent support, and language training courses.
• Identify content gaps and priorities, and develop cross-departmental/external content, including manuals, facilitator guides, presentations, and assessment tools.
• Review content for accuracy, pedagogy, accessibility, and deaf-inclusive design; maintain templates, guidelines, and organized digital repositories.
• Utilize e-learning, AI, Canva, and multimedia tools to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Use feedback, assessment data, and field observations to improve content; coordinate with trainers, campus teams, and departments to ensure relevance and readiness.
• Maintain records, track the content pipeline, report priorities, and support departmental planning and administration.

Eligibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, Instructional Design or related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years’ experience in instructional/training content design.
• Experience in asynchronous training design preferred.

Skills

• Proficient in MS Office, Canva, and AI-assisted content tools.
• Strong written and spoken English and Urdu.
