The individuals who fulfill the basic eligibility criteria may apply for the contractual position: Head Treasury Division: EVP-I/EVP (No of Position: 01) Experience: Minimum ten years’ experience in banking sector/ Treasury related function. Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/ International). Responsibilities: – Effectively managing and overseeing the functions and activities of Treasury Division of the Bank by deploying appropriate resources. – Efficiently contributing to asset liability management of the bank by ensuring that the liquidity position of the Bank remains sound and cost effective, and funds are readily available for liquidity requirements. – Forecasting cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and funds availability for investment and liquidity management. – Closely monitoring and overseeing the dealing room activities and ensuring that all treasury investments and activities are within the risk parameters of the Bank. – Driving and achieving trading/investment/ treasury sales and profit targets through Treasury Fund Management. – Ensuring and closely monitoring statutory requirements of the Bank (SLR/CRR) and adhering to other related statutory guidelines issued by SBP from time to time. – Ensuring compliance of a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities in conjunction with internal/external guidelines and policies. – Ensuring compliance, liquidity, and credit risk management for the front office and the bank. – Managing and developing the bank’s investment portfolio, treasury policies, and financial products. – Developing and monitoring the bank’s asset, portfolio, trading limits. – Representing the bank in various associations, meetings, and regulators, and meeting divisional objectives and requirements. – Developing and maintaining working relationship with investment community, credit rating agencies, inter bank counter parties, regulatory bodies etc. – Manage the bank’s foreign exchange operations, and hedge currency and interest rate risks as applicable. – Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, both domestic and international, to support the bank’s financing needs and other treasury operations. – Prepare and present treasury reports and analysis to senior management and relevant stakeholders. – Acting as Treasury Advisor to the Bank for significant aspects impacting Asset-Liability management of the Bank, including funding and deposit products pricing, capital structuring, employees’ funds management, project financing, funds raising and deployment, etc. – Any other tasks assigned by CEO or ALCO Eligibility / Ineligibility Criteria: – Maximum age limit 60 years as on closing date to apply. – The contract will be up to maximum of 5-years (extendable) with age limit of up to 65 years. – Market competitive remuneration will be offered. – Applicant convicted by any court of law are not eligible to apply. – Applicant dismissed, removed or terminated by previous employer(s) on disciplinary grounds is not eligible to apply.
