Umrah Travel Consultant Position

Job Overview

As an Umrah Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support related to Umrah packages. Your role will involve assisting clients with their travel needs, including visa procedures, flight bookings, and hotel reservations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting Umrah packages that meet their needs.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding visa procedures, flights, and accommodations.
• Handle Umrah package sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and managing multiple customer accounts.
• Utilize MS Office and travel booking systems effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an Umrah Travel Consultant or in a similar travel role.
• Strong knowledge of Umrah packages, visa procedures, flights, and hotel bookings.
• Proven experience in Umrah package sales and customer dealing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Ability to work with targets and manage multiple customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems is preferred.
