Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager, you will lead and supervise all warehouse activities, including:

• Receipt, sampling coordination, storage, internal movement, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable GMP/GDP requirements, regulatory guidelines, approved SOPs, and company policies.
• Maintaining appropriate material identification, segregation, traceability, and control.
• Proper verification, documentation, quarantine, storage, and handling of incoming materials under specified environmental conditions.
• Developing effective operational plans, objectives, KPIs, and performance-monitoring systems.
• Maintaining reconciliation of warehouse operations, systems, inventory of all warehouse transactions, and appropriate access controls.
• Oversight of inspections, coordinating audits and regulatory inspections, addressing observations, and ensuring timely communication and issuance of CAPAs.
• Ensuring adequate staffing, clear assignment of responsibilities, personnel competency, GMP/GDP training, and performance evaluation.
• Optimizing warehouse operations and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
