Eligibility
Education
- Masters in Development Studies
- Masters in Social Sciences
- Masters in Social Work
- Masters in Education
- Masters in Public Policy
- Masters in Psychology
- Bachelors + exceptional experience may be considered
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership/managerial role; 4-7 years preferred
- Proven experience in designing & implementing youth/leadership programs with measurable results
- Experience managing multiple programs, teams, and budgets
- Experience in partnerships with universities, schools, NGOs, corporations & government
- Experience in trainings, workshops, forums & youth summits
- Fundraising and proposal writing experience preferred
