Position: Zonal Compliance (Field)
Locations: Faisalabad, Chanab, Kashmir, Rawalpindi, PEW, ABD, Kaghan, Bannu, MRD
Eligibility
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field
- 06 Months – 4 Years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliation & internal audit
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail
- High standards of integrity, confidentiality & professional discipline
- Willingness to travel extensively for branch visits
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise compliance and financial controls across assigned branches
- Review accounting records, reconciliations and financial activities
- Monitor cash, bank deposits, inventory and stock controls
- Conduct planned and surprise branch review visits
- Identify operational risks, control weaknesses and potential fraud indicators
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and internal controls
- Review audit observations and ensure timely corrective actions
- Prepare branch visit reports, compliance dashboards and exception reports
- Supervise, guide and mentor Compliance Managers
