Position Overview

The Zonal Operations Manager will be responsible for tracking primary and secondary sales, ensuring accurate reporting of target achievements, and managing stock allocation and invoicing through the SAP SnD Module. This position requires a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Sales Operations and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Track primary and secondary sales, ensuring accurate reporting of target achievement.
• Prepare calculations for annual volume, active accounts, and channel-wise targets.
• Manage stock allocation, ordering, tracking, and invoicing through the SnD module.
• Prepare working for field force and distributor incentives and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate with the CS&L team for stocks and dispatches to distributors.
• Serve as a liaison between the zonal team and head office management for operational matters.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new hires, including enrollment in TMS, medical insurance enrollment, and arrangement of assets.
