Kohinoor Mills Limited is currently seeking candidates for the position of Management Trainee Admin. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a Master’s degree in Business Administration who are looking to start their careers in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing Move Orders, Demands, CPs, Work Orders, and OGPs for HR/Admin, Compliance, and other departments.
• Coordinating cleaning, pest control, cafeteria, maintenance, and safety-related activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Overseeing company vehicles, including maintenance, sale of old/surrendered vehicles, and related documentation.
• Managing new employee requirements, including laptops, furniture, teleextensions, and seating arrangements.
• Planning and coordinating training activities, including training planners, training records, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Reviewing and approving travel and vehicle maintenance bills in accordance with company policies.
• Assisting with PMC/BOD creation, manpower budgeting, organogram development, and annual budget planning.
• Managing Suggestion Box and WMC records and ensuring proper follow-up and documentation.
• Coordinating with relevant departments to resolve day-to-day operational and administrative issues.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Experience: Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
