Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily attendance, shifts, leaves, and overtime.
• Monitor biometric attendance and resolve punch issues.
• Maintain employee records and documentation.
• Prepare attendance and overtime reports.
• Coordinate with departments on attendance matters.

Requirements

• Graduate with good MS Excel skills.
• Basic knowledge of attendance and payroll processes.
• FlowHCM experience will be an added advantage.
• Relevant experience in a factory or industrial environment preferred.
