Job Overview
The Institute for Art and Culture is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Supply Chain Manager to join the Administration Department in Lahore. This role is crucial for managing ERP system operations and ensuring the efficiency of administrative processes.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Additionally, candidates should have 3–5 years of ERP system operations experience in an academic or administrative setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for implementing all ERP-related inquiries and issues within the Supply Chain Department.
- Manage ERP system functions in collaboration with the ERP Manager to support administrative operations.
- Oversee daily ERP activities, focusing on procurement and store modules to ensure smooth functionality.
- Audit, update, and maintain ERP data for accuracy; troubleshoot system errors and improve usability.
- Deliver technical support and conduct training sessions for ERP users to enhance system efficiency.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new ERP features or modules.
- Gather procurement cases from the Procurement Officer for submission to the Purchase Committee.
- Organize and facilitate purchase committee meetings under the direction of the committee chairperson.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Director Administration.
Salary Package
