• Position: Plant Maintenance Manager
• Location: 34 Km, Feroz Purr Road (Kot Nabi Baksh), Lahore

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Plant Maintenance team.
• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of production machinery, washing machines, utilities, and factory equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Minimize machine breakdowns and production downtime.
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts and control maintenance costs.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 10 – 12 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in the textile or apparel industry.
• Skills: Strong technical, troubleshooting, planning, and team management skills.
