- Position: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in Industrial Engineering
- Qualification: BSc/MSc in Industrial Engineering (Minimum CGPA: 3.2)
- Experience: 3-4 years in garment, fabric, and production industries
Responsibilities
- Implement Lean and Agile methodologies to optimize production processes.
- Utilize the Toyota Production System to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.
- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for process optimization.
- Ensure quality control measures are in place and adhered
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Industrial Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 3.2.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in the garment, fabric, and production industries.
- Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or Total Quality Management (TQM).
- Proven leadership skills in driving continuous improvement.
- Expertise in Lean, Agile, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
