Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and support the Partners in driving the Firm’s growth and vision.
- Oversee operations, business development, and client relationships.
- Identify new opportunities and expand the Firm’s market presence.
- Lead, mentor and develop high-performance teams.
- Ensure quality, compliance and timely delivery of professional services.
- Represent the Firm with clients, stakeholders and professional bodies.
- Drive innovation, efficiency and profitability across the organization.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, management, and decision-making skills, with extensive experience in Audit, Assurance, Tax, Advisory, or related services. A proven track record in business development and client engagement is essential.
