Job Overview

Join FAST Group as a Chief Financial Officer to lead the Finance & Accounts function and provide strategic financial direction to the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Ensure preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/IAS and applicable laws.
  • Manage taxation and regulatory compliance, including FBR, SST/SRB, PRA, BRA, SECP, EOBI, OGRA, and other relevant authorities.
  • Review sales tax data and coordinate with tax consultants for timely filing of returns.
  • Handle FBR notices, tax assessments, audits, and regulatory matters.
  • Lead treasury and cash-flow management, including banking facilities, LC, LG, financing, and investment matters.
  • Manage working capital, receivables, payables, inventory valuation, and cash requirements.
  • Oversee annual external audit and coordinate with auditors and professional advisors.
  • Develop and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and processes.
  • Supervise ERP implementation and automation of sales, purchases, inventory, and financial reporting processes.
  • Oversee financial aspects of fuel procurement, inventory, distribution, and sales operations.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to CEO/COO for business growth, investment, pricing, and cost optimization.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance & Accounts team.
  • Perform other financial and strategic assignments given by the CEO/COO/Board.

Eligibility

Qualifications

  • CA
  • ACCA
  • ICMA
  • MBA Finance
  • Equivalent professional qualification

Experience

  • 12-15+ years of relevant finance experience, including senior management / CFO level role.
  • Strong experience in Oil Marketing Company (OMC) / Petroleum industry is highly preferred.
