Position: Senior Manager / Manager Digital Transformation
Location: Head Office, Karachi

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Document requirements, process flows, wireframes, and system specifications.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and approval documents.
• Lead projects end-to-end, from stakeholder engagement to validation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
• Assess change requests and resolve technical issues for continuous improvement.
• Deliver training, presentations, and demos to ensure adoption.
• Monitor KPIs to maintain performance and compliance.
• Provide end-user support and oversee development teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Eligibility

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
Experience: 5-8 years in financial services industry, preferably in digital transformation.
