Chief Executive Officer Position at TUSDEC

TUSDEC is seeking a dynamic individual to lead the company as Chief Executive Officer based in Quaid e Millat Colony, Lahore. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive the company’s strategic vision and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall profitability and efficient management of the company.
• Implement effective controls in financial and operational matters under the guidance of the Board of Directors.
• Present strategic business plans and policies to the Board for approval and ensure their implementation.
• Manage human resources effectively and ensure optimal use of funds and organizational resources in compliance with statutory obligations.
• Ensure adherence to the SOE Act, Companies Act, 2017, and other applicable instructions issued by the Government and SECP.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Bachelor’s of Engineering, Finance, Commerce, or Marketing (16 years of education) from a reputable HEC recognized university.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 10 years in a senior management position.
• Previous experience in implementing technology and skill development initiatives that enhance productivity and competitiveness in specific sectors.

Age Limit

Candidates should not be above 62 years at the time of application submission.

Pay Package and Contract

TUSDEC offers a congenial professional environment along with a competitive remuneration package that is commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. The appointment will be on a contract basis for a period of three years as per rules.
