Position Details

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Budgeting: Formulate annual operating plans and financial budgets for Board approval to drive strategic objectives.
• Financial Reporting & Controls: Maintain effective internal control frameworks and disclosure procedures across the Company and Funds.
• Board Advisory: Keep the Board informed on financial position, capital structure, performance, and strategic risks.
• Fund Management & MIS: Oversee fund asset allocation MIS, bank balances, capital structure, and banking operations.
• Tax Strategy & Compliance: Lead tax planning and compliance for the Company and Funds, guide sales teams on tax law updates, and submit Finance Bill proposals.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with IFRS, SECP regulations, Corporate Governance Rules, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Audit & Stakeholder Management: Direct external audits, mid-year reviews, and inspections with regulators, rating agencies, and sponsors.
• Business Optimization & Digitization: Drive cost optimization, working capital efficiency, and IT/ERP automation initiatives.
• Leadership & Capacity Building: Set departmental KPIs, mentor staff, and oversee technical training for finance personnel.
• Risk Management & BCP: Oversee enterprise risk identification and management, including Business Continuity Planning execution.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA / FCA) / ACCA / Fellow Member of recognized accounting bodies
• Experience: 10 to 15 years of post-qualification experience
