The University of Sindh is seeking qualified professionals for the development and management of the Housing Scheme.
Vacancy Details
- Civil Engineer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (B. E./B. Sc.) in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory.
- Experience & Requirements: Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in planning, execution, supervision, and quality control of housing schemes and infrastructure development works. Experience in project management, contractor supervision, estimation, billing, and proficiency in AutoCAD/MS Project or other relevant software will be preferred. Retired Civil Engineers with age less than 65 years can also apply.
- Accountant-Cum-Office Assistant
- Minimum Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Commerce (B. Com), Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (BBA/MBA Finance), or equivalent qualification from a recognized university. At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, office administration, financial record management, and maintenance of office files/records, preferably in a housing scheme, real estate, construction company, developers’ organization, or any reputable public or private organization.
- Preference: Preference will be given to candidates having experience in housing schemes, cooperative societies, builders/developers, or real estate organizations.
Important Terms & Conditions
Salary and other benefits will be negotiable, depending on qualification and experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
