Job Overview

Bahria Town Karachi is seeking an accomplished and strategic Deputy General Manager – Human Resources to lead and strengthen our human capital function across the organization. This role is pivotal in designing and executing HR initiatives that align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, talent management, and onboarding.
• Update, enforce, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and legal compliance.
• Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and culture-building programs.
• Optimize daily HR administrative workflows, attendance, and record-keeping systems.

Key Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, MBA, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in a senior leadership position within a large-scale organization.
• Expertise in Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Selection, workforce planning, conflict management, performance management, HR operations, and HR Analytics.
• Exceptional executive communication, leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
