Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and prevent financial risks.
Knowledge and Competencies
- Understanding of taxation laws including Income Tax and Sales Tax.
- Familiarity with audit processes (internal & external) and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of financial controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong command of MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Awareness of corporate policies, SOPs, and financial governance practices.
- Ability to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of financial data.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance/ ACCA/ CA or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Experience: 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
