Urban Developers is seeking a qualified Food & Beverages Supervisor to oversee the food and beverage operations in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and experience in supervising food service staff.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, bartenders, and other F&B staff during shifts.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service at all times.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control before service.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques.
- Prepare staff schedules/rosters and manage shift assignments.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field (preferred)
- Experience: 2-4 years in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
