HiTech Machinery is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR functions for both HiTech Machinery and Sorrel Foods Pvt Ltd in Lahore. This role is crucial for managing the complete recruitment cycle and ensuring effective HR operations across both organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for both organizations, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, onboarding, and induction.
• Coordinate with departmental heads to fulfill workforce requirements in a timely manner.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including employee records management, attendance, leave administration, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and HR compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and workforce data for management review.
• Support organizational development and continuous improvement of HR processes across both companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably in Industrial Machinery and FMCG environments.
