- Position: Plant Maintenance Manager
- Location: 34 Km, Feroz Purr Road (Kot Nabi Baksh), Lahore
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Plant Maintenance team.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of production machinery, washing machines, utilities, and factory equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Minimize machine breakdowns and production downtime.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and control maintenance costs.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 10 – 12 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in the textile or apparel industry.
- Skills: Strong technical, troubleshooting, planning, and team management skills.
