Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and smooth functioning of the supply chain.
• Develop and implement vendor management strategies, including selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct strong market research and cost analysis to identify savings and opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize cost and value.
• Ensure timely procurement of goods and services with optimal quality and cost.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations.
• Analyze supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in supply chain / procurement.
• Proven experience in Vendor Management.
• Strong Market and Cost Analysis skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
