Engro Enfrashare is seeking a skilled Technical Lead for Full Stack Development to join their team in Islamabad. This role is pivotal in driving software projects and mentoring junior developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate delivery by setting direction and unblocking junior engineers.
- Design RMS architecture for both frontend and backend.
- Develop web dashboards for real-time monitoring.
- Create mobile applications (iOS/Android) for field operations.
- Mentor junior developers on design patterns and best practices.
- Coordinate API and data contracts with specialists.
Eligibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications in software development or project/technical leadership are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies.
Experience
- 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in software development.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a technical leadership or team coordination role is preferred.
