Style Textile is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations in Manga, Lahore. This role is crucial for overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving workforce planning.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations.
• Manage industrial relations and ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Oversee employee relations and grievance handling to maintain a productive work environment.
• Drive workforce planning and headcount management in coordination with leadership.
• Coordinate with Corporate HR and cross-functional leadership for implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
• Design and streamline HR systems/processes to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Oversee complete employee lifecycle management, onboarding to exit, along with grievance handling and resolution.

Eligibility

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Qualification: A Master’s degree in Business or Public Administration.
• Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Factory HR Management.
• Ability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
