Haidermota & Co. is seeking a qualified Associate to join its Projects, Energy & Infrastructure department in Lahore, Pakistan. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in transactional and corporate law.

Job Overview

The Associate will be involved in assisting with projects, advisory services, privatizations, and related mandates. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various legal aspects related to energy and infrastructure projects.

Eligibility Criteria

• 1+ year of post-qualification experience in transactional/corporate law.
• Understanding of EPC Contracts, PPP Concession Agreements, O&M Agreements, and bidding documents.
• Experience in drafting legal opinions and research memorandums.
• LLB from a reputed institution; LLM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with projects and advisory services.
• Support in privatizations and related mandates.
• Draft legal opinions and research memorandums.
• Review and understand EPC Contracts and PPP Concession Agreements.
