Vacancy Details

  • Position: Assistant Manager Quality Control

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation and maintenance of HACCP and prerequisite programs (PRPs).
  • Participate in food safety risk assessments and hazard analyses.
  • Verify CCPs, OPRPs, and monitoring records.
  • Support traceability exercises, mock recalls, and product withdrawal activities.

Eligibility

Qualifications

  • MSc/BS in Food Science & Technology or Chemistry

Experience

  • 4-5 years in FMCG, food manufacturing, beverages, or process industries
