HR Executive Position at Charcoal

Charcoal is seeking a dedicated HR Executive for their production unit located in Akhtar Saeed (Kalamkar Road), Glaxo Town, Lahore. This role is crucial for managing payroll, employee relations, and HR documentation, ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and other day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth departmental functioning.
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and maintaining accurate employee files and HR records in the HRMS/system.
• Assist in managing EOBI, PESSI, HR policies, disciplinary matters, and compliance with labor laws.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Qualification: BBA or MBA (HR)
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations & Payroll

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR documentation
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
