Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Support compensation & benefits and payroll-related activities.
• Manage employee documentation and HR databases.
• Support employee relations and resolve routine employee queries.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR records.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, HRM, or Business Administration.
• 2 – 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits.
• Strong command of MS Excel and HR reporting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
