Key Responsibilities
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and other day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth departmental functioning.
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and maintaining accurate employee files and HR records in the HRMS/system.
- Assist in managing EOBI, PESSI, HR policies, disciplinary matters, and compliance with labor laws.

Experience
- 1-2 Years in HR Operations & Payroll
Skills
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR documentation
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
