Vacancy Details

Position: AM/DM TA/OD HR

Eligibility

Qualification: MBA / MPA (HR, Management, or relevant field)

Experience: 8-10 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operations, workforce planning & manpower management.
  • Manage onboarding, transfers, and employee separation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, policy, and social compliance.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance, and disciplinary matters.
  • Utilize HRIS/ERP systems, HR analytics, and MIS reporting skills.
